1 - You provide me with some required information that I need to give to the lender. This information is "Neeed & required" to gt you "Pre-Qualified". 

2 - I fill out the necessary "Pre-Qualification" forms and submit them to the Local Mortgage Broker who is Underwriting the loans for the lender.

3 - Within 2-4 Business days, we will find out if You Qualify and will be Approved.

4 - Once you are Pre-Approved, you pick out the Home that you want to buy, we sign a "Sales Contract" and I take it off the market while facilitating the Processing, Loan Closing and Loan Funding between you and the lender.

5 - When the Loan Closes and Funds, "You Own The Home" !
